Join us for a special celebration of the beginning of sea turtle season, local art, and the launch of Starla’s Special Shore — a beautifully illustrated children’s book about a brave sea turtle returning to the beach where she was born.

Meet Jim McClellan, author and native Floridian, and Dr. Lynn Wilder, the book’s illustrator and local conservationist, as they sign books and share the story behind Starla’s journey.

Lynn’s original watercolors will be on display, and select prints will be available for purchase to benefit the St. George Island Turtle Patrol.
