The Spring Basket is a colorful project to celebrate spring! It is simple project with a lot of style—choosing your own colors, it is accessible for someone who has never woven a basket, or to one who would like to practice skills. The colors available will be varied spring colors, custom-dyed for the project. An optional fun finish will be to choose and learn an embellishment to weave into the basket to make the colors “pop”!
 

$85 per student - The basket frame & weaving materials are included

Tools Needed: small bucket, old towel, scissors, sharp pocket knife, small flathead screwdriver

Students are advised to bring something to drink,  lunch will be provided

Beth Allman has been weaving for over 40 years. Largely self-taught, she loves the interplay of color to make each basket unique.
